Three Books of Historical Fiction and Suspense

Each novel written by Robert F. Corwin is based on historical events. The Volsung Project deals with a Nazi plan to establish a Fourth Reich in the United States just as the Third Reich was crumbling at the end of WWII. Its sequel, No Loose Ends, continues the story and investigates a similar plot that takes place in South America. The readers are introduced to a group of stalwart friends from various backgrounds that are able to thwart these nefarious plans. Having temporarily run out of Nazis, the third novel, The Deacon Affair: A Quest for Lost Confederate Gold, sends the group on a mission to locate a cache of gold accumulated by Southern sympathizers and rumored to have been buried in the Arizona desert near the beginning of the Civil War.
